Have you the Minimum Entry Requirements?
Leaving Certificate with one honour (i.e. C on a higher paper) + 4 passes (including English & Maths) OR Leaving Certificate with 5 passes (including English & Maths) + 1 year's work experience or study course
Are you a Mature Student?
If you are over 21, please send a copy of your birth certificate in order to gain entry as a mature student.
Have you Third Level Qualifications?
If you have a degree then you qualify for exemption from Stage 1. Other qualifications may also make you eligible for exemption. Just send an official transcript, available from your place of study, showing the subjects studied and grades awarded in each year of your course. You will be notified of your exemptions and only after receiving our letter should you complete this form.
As the Foundation Certificate in Marketing and the Diploma in Marketing are no longer being offered, i.e. Stages 1, 2 and 3, no exemption fees will apply. However, you still need to apply for these exemptions if you wish to study Stage 4. Please note that exemptions cannot be granted after a student has taken our examinations, irrespective of the result. There are no exemptions available from Stage 4 as all subjects must be taken in the final year.
What will it cost you?
The 2011/2012 registration fee is €275 (plus an additional €65 if after October 21). Fees cannot be transferred to another academic year and are non refundable. Examination fees are payable in February.
