Companies want to offer outstanding and memorable customer service. A small group of academics, including Aidan Daly from NUI Galway have championed the notion that service businesses can learn a great deal from theatre and acting to enable them offer superb customer service. All seven academics and one specialist trainer will present their novel approach at a seminar organised by the marketing discipline at NUI Galway in conjunction with the Marketing Institute of Ireland.

CEO’s, marketing managers and front of house managers of service businesses. CEO’s and customer service managers of manufacturing businesses.

What will be covered?

· Daly’s model of key issues in services marketing.

· The six theatre elements that can be applied in business.
