FOUNDATION CERTIFICATE IN MARKETING

This certificate was awarded following successful completion of a two year course that provides a foundation in marketing and a general grounding in business. It consists of two stages:

STAGE 1 
1.01   Principles of Marketing 
1.02   Economics 
1.03   Behavioural Aspects of Marketing 
1.04   Marketing Information Analysis 1 
1.05   Written Project

STAGE 2 
2.01   Marketing Information Analysis 2
2.02   Marketing Finance 
2.03   Regulatory Environment for Marketing
2.04   International Business 
2.05   Written Project

Holders of of the Foundation Certificate in Marketing are admitted to The Marketing Institute as Associate Members.

Please note that the Foundation Certificate in Marketing is no longer available.  Stage 1 did not run in 2009/10 and Stage 2 did not run in 2010/11.  The last examination sitting for Stage 1 is 2010 and the last sitting for Stage 2 will be 2011.
