The Marketing Institute of Ireland is the professional body for marketing people throughout Ireland, offering membership, qualifications and training. We were established in 1962, we are today based in our own full facilities headquarters in Dublin, with a network of over 3,000 members all over the country, drawn from all business sectors, and reaching from young marketing graduates up to business leaders at executive level. We have local member branches in Dublin, Belfast, Cork, Galway, Sligo, Waterford, Limerick and Tralee. The mission of the Institute is to develop business in Ireland by raising its marketing capability, upholding professional standards, and improving the skills of marketing people so they deliver exceptional business results for the companies that employ them. Membership is open to anyone with professional responsibilities in any of the marketing disciplines, from market research to sales, and from e-marketing to advertising, or anyone in academia who is teaching or studying any aspect of marketing.
